Based on their respective risk profile and rate of progression to therapeutic agents, for each of its platforms, NovImmune has developed a balanced portfolio with platform-specific business models defined to maximize shareholder’s value. This includes a business strategy that goes from licensing out to co-developing
  • At completion of Phase II for its therapeutic monoclonal antibodies platform
  • At lead optimisation stage for its MHC Class II inhibitors platform
With its current infrastructure and high throughput monoclonal antibody screening,, NovImmune has demonstrated its ability to deliver one novel therapeutic monoclonal antibody as IND candidate each year.

This business strategy is executed by selective outsourcing of certain non core scientific activities, partnering with biotech and pharma companies and rapid development from target selection to entry into clinic for fully human therapeutic monoclonal antibodies. In addition, for its therapeutic monoclonal antibodies platform, NovImmune will keep selected orphan drug indications for its own inhouse development beyond Phase II.
