Karim joins us from Losinger Construction SA (adivision of Bouygues Construction) where he was Director of Human Resources andCommunication and member of the Executive Management Team. Losinger is a company based in Switzerland with an 850MCHF turnover and 900 collaborators of which 550 are engineers or managers. Karim brings 15 years of human resources expertise with a particular focus on organizational development, talent management, training and recruitment and helping enhancement of career path development. Karim has spent all of his professional career in the Bouygues Group starting as University relations and internal communication manager in1993 to his current position. Karim holds a Master degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Paris 2.
